This machine is automatic double head piston paste and liquid filling machine, it is safe to operate. This machine has two filling heads in-phase, improving the work efficiency. And the pneumatic part adopts the pneumatic components of Germany FESTO or aiwan's AirTac. The part contacting materials is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel. With adjustment handle of filling volume, the filling speed can be adjusted at will, with high filling accuracy. Filling head adopts anti-leakage, anti-pull and with diving filling device. Can fill different kinds of bottles,filling range from 5ml-5000ml can be optional.

1.Microcomputer setting, PLC control, touch screen operation, it is highly automated, easy to operate with stable performance
2. High safety factor, the liquid filling machine can stop automatically if there is low pressure, no filling, it can work alone or work together with capping labeling machines.
3. The part which touches the liquid is made of 304 or 316 stainless material , meet with GMP requirement.
4.It can be customized the filling heads quantity to 2/4/6 heads. , the product quantity can be controlled according to customer's requests.
